The TAG Individual Cardio Pump Barbell Set comes complete with a pair of 10 lb, 5 lb, and 2.5 lb plates combined with quick-release collars and a 3.5 lb lightweight workout bar. This set helps you add individual barbell sets to an existing, more extensive cardio barbell set or to help bring club-quality cardio-strength workouts to your home gym.
The weightlifting plates feature a durable urethane coating that helps reduce the odor often associated with low-quality rubber-coated weight plates. The flat-edge plate design helps reduce rolling, combined with the comfortable grips giving you the best combination for faster and easier weight changes during your routine.
TAG Individual Cardio Pump Barbell Set combines cardio with strength training to fatigue major muscle groups while increasing the heart rate. It can be used for interval training, to lift with the plates on a barbell, or by holding the plates in the hands during hand-held exercises. The Cardio Pump Barbell set provides an intense workout that eliminates the need to go running to get the full benefits of a cardio workout. It's typically used in conjunction with a cardio step or some kind of footwork, like lunges or knee lifts. The plates have designated grip areas to be used in place of dumbbells, and help the user load the bar quickly. -

Order Shipment: If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
Damages: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos sales@thecardiohouse.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds: All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
